About XITCORP
XITCORP (XITC / 芯盛智能) is a Chinese storage-silicon designer founded in 2018, with R&D centers across Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Changsha and Changzhou. Unlike a badge-engineering SSD vendor, XITCORP designs its own SSD controllers on RISC-V multi-core cores — including the world's first 12nm PCIe 4.0 controller built on a RISC-V architecture and fabbed on a domestic (SMIC) process — and builds complete drives on top of that silicon.
The portfolio is built for domestic autonomous and controllable (国产自主可控) requirements: controllers integrate hardware SM2/SM3/SM4 national cryptography plus AES-256 with TCG Opal 2.0, and the PCIe controllers are designed to China's commercial cryptography Level-2 security standard with dual certification from the National Cryptography Administration and the China Information Security Assessment Center. XITCORP is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a provincial "specialized and innovative" (专精特新) company, and its drives span data centers, edge computing, industrial control, secure terminals and consumer PCs. FindMyChip sources the full XITCORP line through its verified distributor network with 24-hour RFQ response.
Navigating the XITCORP Portfolio
This hub curates XITCORP's complete storage line as it is offered through FindMyChip — 29 active parts spanning the controller silicon and the drive families built on it. Use the tabs above (Controllers, Enterprise SSDs, Industrial SSDs) for the full listing in each segment, or the previews below to jump straight to a part.
In-house SSD controllers. XITCORP's differentiator is its own controller IP. The SATA III line (XT6110 / XT6120 / XT6121 / XT6160) and the PCIe NVMe line (XT8111 Gen3, XT8210 / XT8211 Gen4) run RISC-V multi-core CPUs, scale to 8–16TB, and carry SM2/3/4 cryptography with TCG Opal 2.0. Every XITCORP drive is built on one of these controllers.
Enterprise & data-center SSDs. SATA and PCIe NVMe drives — up to the PCIe 5.0 U.2 flagship SP5000 — with power-loss protection, end-to-end data protection, high DWPD and multi-million-hour MTBF for servers and storage nodes.
Industrial & embedded storage. Wide-temperature (-40 to +85°C) SATA, BGA and eMMC modules with pSLC/MLC endurance, anti-sulfuration and high vibration tolerance for network-security appliances, rail transit, UAVs and vehicle devices.
Client & secure storage. Desktop/notebook NVMe, self-encrypting drives and the Tianji secure USB drive with hardware SM4 encryption (listed in full below).
Every part is live on FindMyChip with full specifications. Pricing and lead times are quote-based — send your target capacity, form factor and volume for a 24-hour RFQ.

FAQ
Are XITCORP SSD controllers domestically autonomous and controllable (国产自主可控)?
Yes. XITCORP designs its controllers in-house on RISC-V multi-core cores fabbed on a domestic (SMIC) process, including the world's first 12nm PCIe 4.0 controller on a RISC-V architecture. They integrate hardware SM2/SM3/SM4 national cryptography and are designed to China's commercial cryptography Level-2 security standard, with dual certification from the National Cryptography Administration and the China Information Security Assessment Center.
Which XITCORP drives support national cryptography (SM2/SM3/SM4)?
The controller line (XT6110, XT6120, XT6121, XT6160, XT8111, XT8210) carries SM2/3/4, and drives built on them expose it — including SS6000SE, H10C-Y and 310C-Y (SM national cryptography) and the MU2500 secure USB drive (hardware SM4). If cryptographic compliance is a hard requirement, tell us in the RFQ and we'll confirm the exact algorithm support per capacity and firmware.
What's the difference between XITCORP's enterprise and industrial SSDs?
Enterprise drives (SS-, DP-, EP-, SP- series) target servers and data centers with power-loss protection, end-to-end data protection, higher DWPD and multi-million-hour MTBF. Industrial drives (DS-, US-, E110- series) are built for harsh environments: -40 to +85°C wide temperature, pSLC or MLC endurance, anti-sulfuration, high vibration tolerance and optional one-click destruction, for network security, rail transit, UAV and vehicle applications.
How do I source XITCORP parts and verify authenticity?
FindMyChip sources XITCORP through its verified distributor network. Every order runs through our multi-point authentication process, and we respond to RFQs within 24 hours. Send your target MPN, capacity, form factor and quantity to get current pricing, stock and lead time.
Do these parts have public pricing and datasheets?
Pricing and lead times are quote-based and vary by capacity, form factor and volume, so they are not listed on the part pages. Send your requirements for a 24-hour RFQ; we can also provide the relevant datasheet or spec sheet for a shortlisted part on request.
Need an XITCORP controller or SSD not listed here?
Send your target MPN, capacity, form factor and volume — we'll source verified XITCORP stock and quote within 24 hours.
