XITCORP SSD Controllers
XITCORP's core IP is its own SSD controller silicon, designed on RISC-V multi-core cores and fabbed on a domestic (SMIC) process — including the world's first 12nm PCIe 4.0 controller on a RISC-V architecture. Every XITCORP drive is built on one of these controllers.
The line spans two interfaces. The SATA III (6Gb/s) controllers — XT6110, XT6120, XT6121 and the high-capacity XT6160 — cover 2D/3D SLC/MLC/TLC/QLC NAND up to 16TB with SM2/3/4 national cryptography, AES-256 and TCG Opal 2.0. The PCIe NVMe controllers step up to Gen3 (XT8111, up to 3,500 MB/s) and Gen4 (XT8210 enterprise up to 7 GB/s and 1M IOPS; XT8211 mainstream client), with XT8210 carrying China commercial cryptography Level-2 certification.
